Rising Stem (Z41X) & Non-Rising Stem (Z45X)
The stem rises and lowers with the gate, with the operating thread outside the valve body. Open and closed status is clearly visible. Threads are protected from medium corrosion and easy to maintain. Requires overhead clearance, suitable for above-ground pipelines.
The stem only rotates without lifting and lowering the gate, with the operating thread inside the valve cavity. No overhead clearance required, ideal for underground and confined space pipelines. Threads rely on medium lubrication, suitable for clean fluid applications.

Ensures smooth valve operation, and proper alignment of the valve stem.
3. Seal Ring & 4. O-Ring Cover
Composed of a metal frame and multiple rubber O-rings, effectively preventing shaft end leakage, and O-ring Cover Prevents shaft end leakage.
5. Wear Pad & 6. Bonnet
Effectively prevents stem wear, maintains proper alignment, and reduces opening torque..
Internally coated with epoxy resin powder, meeting different water standards. Its upper structure allows in-line replacement of rubber O-rings on the seal ring when the gate is fully open.
7. Middle Gasket
Ensures a tight seal at the body-bonnet joint.
8. Stem
Made of high-strength material to ensure smooth gate valve opening and closing.
9. Thrust Nut
A stem nut integrated with the gate, effectively transmitting axial force.
10. Body
Groove-free design prevents debris buildup for reliable sealing. Internal cavity is coated with epoxy resin powder, meeting different water standards.
11. Gate
Metal frame encapsulated in rubber, ensuring valve sealing and compliance with multiple water standards.
