PN10/PN16/ANSI/JIS Soft Sealed Concentric Butterfly Valve
The lug type series is a soft seated butterfly valve engineered for industrial and water-work performance in most of fields. Its one-piece body with a rubber seated ensures pressure stability and long-term shutoff, simple and easy to install and maintain due to their smaller body structure.
With a temperature range of -29°C to 120°C and compatibility with Buna-N and EPDM elastomers, stainless steel or nylon-coated discs, the wafer design is trusted in water HVAC, desalination, steam, sour gas, and vacuum services. Backed by DX’s global support and automation solutions, it provides cost-effective and reliable isolation for industries worldwide.

Features & Benefits
1. Upper Flange with ISO5211
The upper flange conforms to ISO5211 standard, suitable for various actuators, such as handle, turbine box, electric actuators, electric actuators and etc.
2. Upper Stem
The connecting key with high precision and high strength, which is suitable for installing the control handle and various control devices and actuators.
3. Soft-sealed/Bronze Stem Bushing
Stem bushing reduce valve torque and separate body from stem, and prevent stem from corrosion. PTFE or bronze stem bushings are available.
4. O-ring Sealing
It is effectively prevent stem leakage.
5. Hard Back Seat
Combination of seat and resin backrest prevents shaft distortion.
6. Soft-Sealed Seated
The phenolic back-seat has the characteristics of non detachment, tensile strength, leak resistance, and easy replacement.
7. Valve Disc
High precision and polished valve disc with good sealing, to ensure the minimum valve torque .
