Recently, a batch of energy-saving globe valve electromechanical equipment independently developed and produced by a domestic enterprise was successfully delivered and officially applied to a national-level new energy power station project. With its excellent energy-saving performance and stable operational reliability, this batch of equipment has become the core component of the project’s fluid control system, providing critical support for the power station’s efficient and energy-saving operation.
According to the project’s responsible official, the energy-saving globe valve electromechanical equipment delivered this time was custom-developed to meet the high-temperature, high-pressure, and large-flow fluid control requirements of the new energy power station. The equipment adopts high-efficiency energy-saving drive motors and optimized flow channel design, reducing energy consumption by over 40% compared to traditional globe valve electromechanical equipment. This is expected to help the power station significantly reduce electricity consumption annually. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with specialized wear-resistant sealing components, which can effectively withstand the erosion and corrosion of high-temperature steam. The delivered batch includes over 300 units of globe valve electromechanical equipment, covering multiple categories such as high-temperature and high-pressure globe valves and throttle globe valves, fully addressing key scenarios such as boiler water supply and steam transmission in the power station.
